During her last year in school, she became pregnant and had a son soon after graduating. With their help, she was able to not only enjoy her pregnancy, but also feel confident when delivering her baby boy. In addition to the art of Acupuncture, Stefanie has experience in utilizing Qi Gong and Five Phase Music Therapy techniques to aid in the processes of healing. Coconut Water—acquired by PepsiCo—and One Tribe, a one-stop, integrative wellness center designed to support women through every life transition from trying to conceive and pregnancy to menopause. Emilie is committed to fostering spaces that promote connection, empowerment, and holistic care. She serves as a Founding Member of the Georgetown Ambassadors for Women, Peace & Security and holds board positions with several nonprofit organizations, including Miami Waterkeeper and Genesis Hopeful Haven, which supports foster youth transitioning to independent adulthood. Emilie earned her BA from Georgetown University and her MBA from Pepperdine University.

Dr. Isabel Carvalho is a seasoned expert in human connection, communication, and parenting. With a Ph.D. in the Science of Communication, certification as a professional coach, and over 25 years of experience as a speech and language therapist, she has dedicated her life to understanding how we learn, relate, and grow—especially within the family. As a Founding Partner and Director of Education at One Tribe and a mother of two, Isabel brings together science, coaching, and real-life parenting insight to support families in building strong, balanced, and meaningful relationships. Her work empowers parents to navigate the challenges of modern family life with clarity, confidence, and compassion—helping them discover their unique parenting style and thrive as a connected family unit.

Founding Partner & Director of Education
Amanda Cereijo practices as a Women’s Health Physical Therapist with Freya Wellness Co. and One Tribe. She is looking forward to serving all mommies and mommies-to-be! She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University. During her last year in school, she became pregnant and had a son soon after graduating. She experienced aches and pains that sometimes comes along with pregnancy and was fortunate enough to have the therapists from Painless Pregnancy by her side every step of the way. With their help, she was able to not only enjoy her pregnancy, but also feel confident when delivering her baby boy. It was through her experience that she became extremely passionate about pursuing a career in Women’s Health and specializing in Pregnancy and Postpartum care. She became a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Sarah Duvall and completed formal training in pelvic health with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She’s incredibly excited for this opportunity and looks forward to serving all of you!

Currently, Hercy collaborates with organizations to design impactful programming, streamline operations, and execute initiatives that resonate with their audiences. Her expertise in anticipating needs and exceeding expectations ensures each project is delivered with precision and purpose. In her free time, Hercy focuses on Serve Others Now (SON), a platform she founded to make volunteering seamless and accessible. Through SON, she inspires individuals and corporations to weave service into daily life, fostering a culture of giving back that benefits both personal and community well-being.

Luly Diez-Arguellez, PT, DPT , is the Founder of Freya Wellness Co. Luly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. Her own traumatic pregnancy and birth experiences fueled her passion and inspired her to pursue a career in Women’s Health specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care. She has continued specialty training in obstetrics at Brooks Rehabilitation, with Lyn Schulty from the Institute of Birth Healing, the American Physical Therapy Association, and Isa Herrera of Pelvic Pain Relief. Luly created and ran a pre- and post-natal rehabilitation and fitness program, and worked in various physical therapy settings. Luly birthed two more beautiful children and feels blessed every day she has the privilege to serve others while pursuing her passion.

Lauren Steiner, MS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian and functional medicine nutritionist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, hormone, and GI nutrition. Lauren is the founder of Osoa Nutrition and a mom of two. Lauren believes in a balanced and individualized approach to nutrition, understanding each person’s journey is unique and complex. She believes in identifying the root cause of her clients’ symptoms and focuses on healing the whole body with nutrition. Her holistic outlook and counseling style acknowledges mind/body connection, and is centered on a positive mindset around food.
