One Tribe hosted a morning centered on community, storytelling, and movement. The day began with welcome refreshments by Chef Post, followed by an engaging conversation with author Erin Morrison on her new book, “Three Minutes for Mom.”
Guests then enjoyed a wellness-focused brunch featuring curated bites and herbal teas, before joining a dynamic Salsa Fusion class led by Jade Love. The event closed with a sense of connection and renewed energy.

Evening Highlights

This thoughtfully designed experience begins at 9:30 AM with a warm welcome and light refreshments prepared by Chef Post, setting the tone for an inspiring day.

Then we will gather for an intimate book talk and conversation with author Erin Morrison, celebrating the launch of her new book, “Three Minutes for Mom.” This personal discussion offers guests a heartfelt look into the stories and motivations behind the work.

The morning continues with a brunch reception in the Lobby Lounge, featuring a selection of curated wellness bites and soothing herbal teas by Chef Post.

Then guests are invited to move and express themselves through a Choreography Dance: Salsa Fusion class led by Jade Love—an energizing and joyful close to the program.

The event concludes at 12:30 PM, leaving guests refreshed, inspired, and connected.
