What is the Baby & Me Yoga by One Tribe?
Move your body in a gentle way and bring your baby along (optional) to join! Specifically formatted for postpartum bodies with a focus on reconnecting with your core, learn how to use your own weight to strengthen and tone. Start getting back to moving your body and working on good posture, alleviating back discomfort, while putting your mind at peace. A great class to rebuild your core strength and balance, while also expanding your breathing and calming the mind. Infants 0-6 months Welcome.
