Emilie Fritz Veloso is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and dedicated advocate for women’s wellness. She has a proven track record of building successful, mission-aligned ventures, including O.N.E. Coconut Water—acquired by PepsiCo—and One Tribe, a one-stop, integrative wellness center designed to support women through every life transition from trying to conceive and pregnancy to menopause. Emilie is committed to fostering spaces that promote connection, empowerment, and holistic care. She serves as a Founding Member of the Georgetown Ambassadors for Women, Peace & Security and holds board positions with several nonprofit organizations, including Miami Waterkeeper and Genesis Hopeful Haven, which supports foster youth transitioning to independent adulthood. Emilie earned her BA from Georgetown University and her MBA from Pepperdine University.

Dr. Isabel Carvalho is a seasoned expert in human connection, communication, and parenting. With a Ph.D. in the Science of Communication, certification as a professional coach, and over 25 years of experience as a speech and language therapist, she has dedicated her life to understanding how we learn, relate, and grow—especially within the family. As a Founding Partner and Director of Education at One Tribe and a mother of two, Isabel brings together science, coaching, and real-life parenting insight to support families in building strong, balanced, and meaningful relationships. Her work empowers parents to navigate the challenges of modern family life with clarity, confidence, and compassion—helping them discover their unique parenting style and thrive as a connected family unit.

Michele brings 18+ years of creative, branding, people, and marketing expertise, along with ten years experience in the wellness industry. Published in major wellness publications, such as Mind Body Green, and working with several Fortune 500 brands, Michele brings strategy, writing, and editorial expertise to her work. Michele passionately advocates for women and the local environment, and is often found organizing community clean-ups and planting native plants to support the South Florida ecosystem. A graduate of the University of Miami Business school and holding a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus in Psychology & Anthropology, Michele graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors. Michele is a mother to three beautiful girls and lives in Miami.

With over 30 years experience in Operations Management and the Wellness Industry, Maureen has worked with medical centers, spas and yoga studios as a Massage Therapist, Senior Yoga Teacher and Lead Facilitator for Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Alongside teaching Yoga, Maureen ran the operations and faculty as Studio Manager for several yoga studios in Miami. Being a mother herself, she is keenly attuned to the many ways motherhood affects our Mental, Physical, and Spiritual bodies. Maureen is warm, friendly and charismatic. She has a great sense of humor and is a Master “Hugger”. She is a Miami Native, mother of two young adults, and is celebrating her 26th wedding Anniversary this year with her husband.

With a decade of growth marketing experience, Paula has successfully guided VC-backed startups from Series Seed to Series D, leveraging her expertise in achieving product-market fit. She holds a Master in Marketing from IED Barcelona and has enriched her perspective by living in four countries, embracing and learning from diverse cultures. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a dedicated mother and passionate advocate for supporting women through pregnancy and motherhood, fostering strong communities where women feel supported and held. She is also a committed advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness and mental health initiatives.

Andrea Cespedes is a creative consultant and brand strategist with deep expertise in elevated visual storytelling. With a refined eye for aesthetics and a background in high-end branding, videography, and photography, she brings intention and emotional intelligence to every frame, narrative, and campaign. As the creative force behind One Tribe’s social media presence, Andrea has helped shape the visual language and storytelling approach that defines One Tribe’s identity today. Her work is driven by a passion for authentic connection, feminine strength, and beautiful design that resonates deeply. Whether behind the camera or crafting a content strategy, Andrea weaves together powerful narratives that empower, support, and speak directly to women at every stage of their journey—from fertility and pregnancy to motherhood and beyond. At her core, Andrea specializes in developing clarity-driven brand positioning, cohesive visual direction, and emotionally resonant content that is as strategic as it is stunning.

Rocio brings over a decade of experience working with families and creating environments that support healthy growth and personal development. Over the last 15 years, Rocio has worked primarily as a preschool teacher, her passion for uplifting the next generation has been the main drive. It was her journey with pregnancy and motherhood during the pandemic, that showed Rocio just how difficult being a mother was without the proper support. This ignited her passion to become a PP doula and switch the focus of her work to supporting parents in their life journey. She is a certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner who enjoys creating and facilitating wellness events and retreats. With a desire to positively impact the world, Rocio's motivation is to provide support for adults and children alike. She knows that peace and well-being begin at home and that is why working at One Tribe is more than a job for her, it is a piece of the greater puzzle of supporting spaces that provide families with the chance to feel safe, grow, and make lifelong community.

Hercy Liodden is a seasoned Hospitality veteran with over 20 years of marketing, sales, and event production experience in luxury Hotels and now consulting companies achieve their programming and strategic goals. Known for her roles in the successful openings of The Setai Fifth Avenue and The Quin Hotel NYC, Hercy specializes in creating scalable systems, curating exceptional events, and building strategic partnerships that drive growth and engagement. Currently, Hercy collaborates with organizations to design impactful programming, streamline operations, and execute initiatives that resonate with their audiences. Her expertise in anticipating needs and exceeding expectations ensures each project is delivered with precision and purpose. In her free time, Hercy focuses on Serve Others Now (SON), a platform she founded to make volunteering seamless and accessible. Through SON, she inspires individuals and corporations to weave service into daily life, fostering a culture of giving back that benefits both personal and community well-being.

Daniela Maduro is a multi-passionate professional with over seven years of experience in marketing and events. She holds a B.F.A. in Fashion Marketing from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master's in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, she is a certified Holistic Chef from the Culinary Institute of Barcelona. Daniela loves bringing people's ideas and brands to life through creative lifestyle marketing strategies. With a deep commitment to women's health and wellbeing, she seamlessly blends mind, body, and spirit into her work, creating holistic and impactful marketing strategies.
