Prepare for your vaginal delivery with One Tribe! Taught by a Physical Therapist, this class maintains and increases strength of the pelvic floor muscles while maximizing flexibility and mobility of PFM and other muscles connected to your pelvis. These exercises allow for optimal mobility of your pelvis bones to move in the necessary ways for a successful vaginal delivery. We also include pushing strategies, core work, and other body work optimizing the baby's position for a successful vaginal delivery!
