Baby Dance Club™
Get ready to SMILE, move, sweat, bond with your baby, and build community!
Baby Dance Club™ is a 45 minute class for parents/caregivers and their babies.
The class begins with a 15-minute warm-up to a fun, upbeat playlist, followed by instruction of a simple routine where participants dance together. While the dancing only lasts 30 minutes, studio time is held for an hour. The last 15 minutes are reserved for participants to get to know one another and create meaningful connections.

Specifically formatted for postpartum bodies with a focus on reconnecting with your core, learn how to use your own weight to strengthen and tone.
Start getting back to moving your body and working on good posture, alleviating back discomfort, while putting your mind at peace. A great class to rebuild your core strength and balance, while also expanding your breathing and calming the mind. Infants Welcome.
