Classic Mat Pilates

Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Classes focus on muscle strength and flexibility while challenging core muscles. A challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body, while increasing agility in everyday movements. *All levels welcome. Modifications suggested for beginners/when necessary. Baby Dance Club™

Get ready to SMILE, move, sweat, bond with your baby, and build community!

 

Baby Dance Club™ is a 45 minute class for parents/caregivers and their babies.

The class begins with a 15-minute warm-up to a fun, upbeat playlist, followed by instruction of a simple routine where participants dance together. While the dancing only lasts 30 minutes, studio time is held for an hour. The last 15 minutes are reserved for participants to get to know one another and create meaningful connections.

Vag Delivery Preparation

Prepare for your vaginal delivery with us! This class maintains and increases strength of the pelvic floor muscles while maximizing flexibility and mobility of PFM and other muscles connected to your pelvis. These exercises allow for optimal mobility of your pelvis bones to move in the necessary ways for a successful vaginal delivery. We also include pushing strategies, core work, and other body work optimizing the baby's position for a successful vaginal delivery! Prenatal Friendly

This class helps you cultivate tools to enhance your pregnancy experience positively; breathwork to prepare your body and mindfulness to slow down the mind through guided visualizations. Balanced Core & Pelvic Floor Pre & Postnatal

This 45-minute exercise class is created and taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor care. The exercises are specialized in maintaining the strength, stability, and endurance of the pelvic floor. Specifically designed for women who present without dysfunction, the class helps women who want to learn to better connect with their pelvic floor, creating a healthy balance of strength and flexibility to ensure optimal bladder, bowel, and sexual health.
