Prenatal Mat Pilates

Prenatal Pilates is an excellent exercise to practice during your pregnancy. Thanks to the focus on better posture, alignment, and body awareness, Prenatal Pilates can help relieve sciatica, back and hip pain while alleviating symptoms of pubic synthesis, a common pregnancy condition. The Pilates method emphasizes deep breathing and the mind-body connection, which helps to prepare mothers for labor and childbirth.

Baby Dance Club™

Baby Dance Club at One Tribe is a fun and engaging class where parents and their babies get to explore movement, rhythm, and music. This program is designed to enhance motor development and provide a joyful way for little ones to engage with their caregivers and peers. The class also provides movement, tremendous joy, and connection for the parent, as you dance with your baby!

Vag Delivery Preparation

Prepare for your vaginal delivery with us! This class maintains and increases strength of the pelvic floor muscles while maximizing flexibility and mobility of PFM and other muscles connected to your pelvis. These exercises allow for optimal mobility of your pelvis bones to move in the necessary ways for a successful vaginal delivery. We also include pushing strategies, core work, and other body work optimizing the baby's position for a successful vaginal delivery! Prenatal Friendly

Postnatal Yoga - Infants Welcome!

Move your body in a gentle way and bring your baby along (optional) to join! Specifically formatted for postpartum bodies with a focus on reconnecting with your core, learn how to use your own weight to strengthen and tone. Start getting back to moving your body and working on good posture, alleviating back discomfort, while putting your mind at peace. A great class to rebuild your core strength and balance, while also expanding your breathing and calming the mind. Infants 0-6 months Welcome. Prenatal & Postnatal Friendly. Balanced Core & Pelvic Floor Pre & Postnatal

This 45-minute exercise class is created and taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor care. The exercises are specialized in maintaining the strength, stability, and endurance of the pelvic floor. Specifically designed for women who present without dysfunction, the class helps women who want to learn to better connect with their pelvic floor, creating a healthy balance of strength and flexibility to ensure optimal bladder, bowel, and sexual health.
