A slow-moving Hatha flow to stretch out your whole body. After 45 minutes of gentle movement to loosen tension, this class will close with 15 minutes of delicious restorative poses, inviting you to pause, breathe, and reset. Perfect for tired moms or anyone in need of some nourishing "Me time".

Vag Delivery Preparation

Prepare for your vaginal delivery with us! This class maintains and increases strength of the pelvic floor muscles while maximizing flexibility and mobility of PFM and other muscles connected to your pelvis. These exercises allow for optimal mobility of your pelvis bones to move in the necessary ways for a successful vaginal delivery. This 45-minute exercise class is created and taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor care. The exercises are specialized in maintaining the strength, stability, and endurance of the pelvic floor. Specifically designed for women who present without dysfunction, the class helps women who want to learn to better connect with their pelvic floor, creating a healthy balance of strength and flexibility to ensure optimal bladder, bowel, and sexual health.
