Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University where she majored in child development. As a therapist, Alexandra listens carefully and works collaboratively with patients to uncover the aspects of experience that have been silent or are not in their awareness. As these hidden aspects of experience are brought to light, patients gain a better understanding of themselves and the obstacles that are getting in their way. Through a combination of conversation and mindfulness-based practices, individuals begin to move more skillfully through the natural ups and downs of life. Alexandra views cultivating a trusting relationship with patients as the most important aspect of the therapy process. Her approach to therapy is warm, thoughtful, and attentive and she approaches her patients with an open, collaborative attitude.
